I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and refreshing, with a lovely waterfall shower, but unfortunately, the music made it difficult to sleep. The service was very nice and friendly, particularly thanks to Alberto, Gaby, and Karla. The location was fabulous, offering gorgeous views of the ocean and the local town, although it could get a bit noisy from the music. The dining experience was fantastic with delicious dishes and great cocktails. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
Staying at this hotel was a delight! The rooms were simply amazing with a minimalist and modern touch, offering stunning views of 5th Avenue and the beach. The service was exceptional, surprising us with a cake and champagne for our birthdays, and allowing for a hassle-free early check-in and late check-out. The location couldn't be better, right on 5th Avenue surrounded by local shops and top-notch restaurants, making it perfect for exploring attractions like the Tulum ruins and sea turtles. The dining experience was a treat, with delicious options like Enmoladas and a buffet that kept us coming back for more. Overall, a top-notch experience with a few tiny hiccups.
The hotel was stunning, with gorgeous room decor featuring an amazing rice art of 2 birds in a tree. Past 9, the rooms were beautifully decorated. The service was top-notch, including friendly staff who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The location was perfect, situated on 5th Avenue with beautiful murals and unique art installations throughout. The dining experience was exceptional, serving some of the finest food I have ever tasted. Facilities were superb, providing everything we needed for a luxurious stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and the rain head shower made it so nice. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C kept the room nice and cool. I especially loved the beautiful rice art of 2 birds in a tree. The rooms were well-appointed with nice furnishings, walk-in shower, quality toiletries, a small stocked refrigerator, and a very cozy bed.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was fine, but we had an issue with our bathroom ceiling leaking. The service was exceptional, going beyond expectations, and the location was great, close to the beach and vibrant areas. The dining experience was outstanding, and overall, it was a good value for the money.
